You will quickly discover why we're so happy to talk about our trips to the sunny south of France, why we keep going back —and why we want to share it with everyone!

We're also offering two new tours for Art and Gardening enthusiasts alike:
The Colours of France
and The Gardens of France.

In 2011 we will be offering two Taste of France tours to the South of France:

April 28 to May 8, and September 1 to 10.

For our Taste of France tour, our accommodations will be in a beautifully restored house, in a thousand year old village surrounded by sunny vineyards.
And in the following days we will...
• Join Jill Wilcox (of Jill's Table) at the markets and in our kitchen
• Visit neighbourhood wineries to sample and take home their best
• Tour the Abbaye de Fontfroide in all its restored beauty
• Shop in sophisticated Nîmes
• Explore the ancient villages that dot the countryside
• Dip our toes in the Mediterranean at the historic fishing port of Collioure

{ The sample itinerary shown below is typical of our Taste of France tour.}
